Bush Tucker Sourdough Bread Class Friday October 7 2022

Peppermint Ridge bakes delicious native thyme flavoured sourdough and we serve it at our Tour & Taste events. So if you love our bread then Julie will share her secrets in how to make perfect crusty sourdough bread with minimum effort. This fast bread method requires little time investment compared to other methods but still produces delicious sourdough. You will learn how to make the loaf from the beginning and take home some starter so you can start making your own loaves from the class notes provided. We will bake a loaf together and enjoy it for morning tea. Class includes a forage tour of the native foods forest to gather the ingredients. Class will run from 10.00am to 12.30pm.

Our native foods shop and nursery will be open with a wide range of native food plants and teas and spices available for purchase on the day.
