We have developed our own cold fermented sourdough bread flavoured with native oregano here and it has become very popular. We serve it at our Tour & Taste events. Julie has perfected the recipe and this delicious bread can be enjoyed every day with only 5 minutes preparation time. So due to many requests Julie will reveal the secrets to this crusty bread at a bread making class on Saturday May 18.
Book in to find out you can bake the bread at home. We will go through the process and bake the bread, everyone can take some home with them to prove they did it! Book early as the places are limited.
